a. Review of FL Statute Chapter No. 2021-226, Special District Accountability requirements for DACS annual financial audit report directed by the Statute (Ref. Page 4: Soil and Water Conservation Districts). Discussion by the Board of the NACD conference. Agenda attached. Review of Statute requirement (Ref: Page 5 Local Government Financial Reports and Audits) for special districts with revenues (or a total of expenditures and expenses) between $50,000 and $100,000 to conduct a financial audit every three years. Review of a preliminary FY 2022 financial budget as reported by the District Treasurer.
